RiverTools 5.0 is a web application that runs in your browser. It is offered on a multi-tiered subscription basis and you will continue to have access to the software and your online datasets as long as payments are made in accordance with your subscription. There is a one-month minimum duration for every subscription and after that you can cancel at any time, from within the app. In rare instances, if technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities prevent the software from functioning, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, you must have contacted us previously in writing (by letter or e-mail) with a detailed description of any problems encountered and you must have given us an opportunity to fix them. In order to obtain a refund, you must provide Rivix, LLC with your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address. Rivix, LLC will not be liable for any claims that are the result of an incorrect e-mail address and/or mailing address provided by you to Rivix, LLC. The Customer is responsible for providing correct/working address information. Rivix, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the Rivix, LLC website. It is your obligation to periodically review our Refund Policy for any such revisions. Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent ClaimsAll requests to negate charges are investigated. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
